Reginald York Sr is the president and General Contractor of York Builders, Inc. He educates and consults with companies and individuals to help them by building efficiently with the highest level of quality. Reginald believes that knowledge and experience paired with passion and
determination is key to achieving success in any venture.
Since starting his company over 30 years ago, YBI initially focused on residential new construction and constructed homes in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas. With a broad range of experience in the construction industry YBI expanded into commercial construction and project
management. Reginald has completed projects in high-end areas such as Fort Worth Sundance Square. Reginald recently developed seven acres and on that land constructed a 34,000 SF project from ground up.
Reginald holds a degree in construction from Pearl River College in Mississippi. He continuously educates himself in all areas of construction. Reginald is a registered member of the Better Business Bureau. He is very active in his church and resides with his family in Mansfield, TX.

MILLICENT YORK
FINANCE MANAGER
Millicent York is a mother of 2 and has been married to Reginald York Sr. for 34 years. Millicent has been a part of York Builders, Inc. for over 20 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Southern Mississippi and her Master’s Degree from Amberton University. Clients appreciate and value the organization of documents; timelines, contracts and most of all communication from start to finish of their project.
Behind the scenes Millicent makes all this possible and furthermore oversees duties that include reviewing contract agreements, ensuring cost compliance, managing account receivables, preparing project schedules and payouts. Millicent’s in house knowledge has propelled York Builders, Inc., to grow
externally and do so with structure as well as diligence
Reggie York Jr. is the son of Reginald York Sr. who introduced Jr. to the construction world at a very young age. Reggie Jr. did not follow in his father’s footsteps until after he was able to live out his dream of playing professional baseball. After ending his baseball career in 2013, Reggie Jr. received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He now heads the roofing division of York Builders, Inc. where he manages every facet. He has developed the passion and knowledge to aid families in navigating their insurance and obtain roof replacements on their home.
Reggie Jr. holds many hats under Y.B.I. including pulling permits, obtaining certificates of occupancy, managing the marketing department and at times serving as project supervisor
